Mianonna Sausage with Spaghetti and Red Sauce
If you want to make Spaghetti as authentic as the people you’re enjoying it with, make it MIANONNA.
1 package of uncooked spaghetti
1 can of your favorite red sauce
1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
3 peeled garlic cloves
5 basil leaves
Salt and pepper as needed
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over low-medium heat.
At the same time, boil water to cook the spaghetti.
Add whole peeled tomatoes and can of tomato sauce to sauce pan.
Turn the heat up to medium.
Put minced garlic, salt, and pepper into sauce.
Add basil leaves.
Once sauce is boiling, add MIANONNA sausage, cut into (2-3 inch) links.
Allow the sauce to cook for 5-10 min.
Plate the spaghetti and pour the red sauce on top.
Add several MIANONNA links per plate.
Garnish dish with parmesan cheese.
