Mianonna pizza

The Milano Family’s legacy of sharing authentic Italian flavor with the world first started in our pizza place. Now, we’re going back to our roots with a recipe that takes you to the Italian countryside with every bite.


  • Raw pizza dough
  • Red sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, Pepper, Dried Oregano
  • MIANONNA sausage


  1. Raw pizza dough
  2. Red sauce
  3. Preheat the oven to 450-500.
  4. In a 10-inch pizza pan, place 1 teaspoon of olive oil and spread around.
  5. Stretch out the pizza dough slowly to fit the entire pan.
  6. Place red sauce on pizza dough.
  7. Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add chopped or whole basil leaves.
  9. Scatter MIANONNA thin sausage slices on top.
  10. Add dried oregano, salt, pepper.
  11. Place 1 teaspoon of olive oil on top of the pizza.
  12. Place in the oven for 15-20 min, or until fully cooked.
